COVID 19 SAFETY RULES!!

Art of Love are committed to child protection and the safeguarding of all our students and visitors who attend the AOLHQ.


We require all of our tutors, assistants , volunteers to apply for Enhanced Clearance checks via the government DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly Criminal Records Bureau or CRB).

We continuously check ensure  that  all our staff are operating at the highest level of child protection standards. All necessary insurance, fire safety and first aid protocols are established within the AOLHQ.
 

How we are keeping you safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic - London,England Only


Please do not send ATTEND the AOLHQ if you are feeling unwell, a family member or someone in your household are displaying COVID-19 symptoms.

  Arrivals

  • To minimise risk, students will stay in their allocated class seats during their time at The AOLHQ

  • All parents/carers are kindly asked to maintain social distancing when arriving at our venue. Please observe guidance such as floor markers, etc.

  • No parents/carers are permitted to enter the HQ (unless in an emergency).

  • All parents/carers are required to either drop their children off at the HQ or arrive at the main reception

    In The HQ 

  • We will be maintaining a two pupil class size in line with social distancing.

  • Frequent hand washing or hand sanitisation will be undertaken by all upon entry, between disciplines, before and after break and toilet visits, and upon exit.

  • Hand sanitisers will be in each classroom and the main entrance (where applicable).

  • Signage regarding hand washing / sanitising will be displayed around the venue.

  • Please ensure your child only brings essential possessions to the HQ (such as small drink, lunch or a snack and any medical needs, and to keep those possessions close to them at all times. 

  • Students will be encouraged to cough or sneeze using  the inside of their elbow or a tissue.

      Social Distancing

  • We will be keeping a close eye the latest social distancing guidance from the UK Government 

  • Our toilet policy has been modified to incorporate social distancing.

     Departures

  • EVERYBODY who enters the AOLHQ must exit the building the same place they entered the building, unless things change in an emergency situation.

  • All students who are assisted by a Parent/Carers must be collected from the HQ exit, the same place they entered the building. unless things change in an emergency situation.

      Lockdown 

  • In the event of another lockdown the AOLHQ, if for any reason, we are unable to deliver a class/session we will be offering online replacement classes via as Zoom where available.

 

Additional safety measures could be put in place at the HQ as we are following the governments guidance and policies, which we will be updating accordingly.
